  • The Academic Council Community of Sri Eshwar College of Engineering is dedicated to maintaining and sharing critical documents related to academic governance. This includes the list of Academic Council members, minutes of Academic Council meetings (ACM), and the invitations and agendas shared with members for each meeting. These records ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in academic decision-making and policy implementation.
  • This community focuses on preparing, uploading and maintaining key documents related to curriculum development and stakeholder feedback. Documents include action-taken reports on curriculum feedback, BoS meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant supporting materials. It also includes compiled syllabi for courses under various categories, lists of recommended MOOC courses, feedback from industry and academic experts, and summaries of curriculum revisions. Innovative teaching and evaluation methodology reports and annual curriculum update summaries are also uploaded to ensure comprehensive documentation and accessibility.
  • The Class Advisors Community hosts essential documents, including Class Committee and Parent-Teacher Meeting reports, plans for academic activities, student attendance logs, communication on attendance shortages, and performance analysis. It also includes assessment test marks uploaded to the ERP portal, ensuring streamlined academic and administrative management.
  • This repository features selected student project reports from Sri Eshwar College of Engineering. It showcases innovative ideas and promotes research, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across various departments.
  • The Timetable Coordinators Community houses key documents, including department timetables with all revisions, faculty individual timetables, department master timetables, lab schedules, and Department Academic Calendars. It also features reports on faculty workload distribution, mapping of courses with faculty based on domain expertise, and records of faculty development training activities. Additionally, it includes details of Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) planned and conducted by the department, as well as FDPs attended by faculty, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource utilisation, and continuous faculty development.
